Check content and keywords

Use the editor checklist, save an analysis result, or run a selected scan.

Check a page while you edit

Open a saved entry to see its browser checklist, score and preview. These use saved content and the keywords in the panel. Save content changes before expecting them in the checks.

  1. Posts use Article checks by default; pages and other content types use General content. Open Analysis options to choose and save another profile.
  2. To store a server assessment, open Analysis options > Saved analysis & history and choose Save analysis. This works while automatic analysis is off; in that state it does not add history.
  3. To enable automatic checks, history or bulk scans, use Feature controls. For a bulk run, select the content scope and choose Start analysis.

Use the score and checklist

Open a row in Basic SEO, Additional, Search snippet or Content readability to see what to improve. Edit title, Edit image and Add keyword take you to the relevant control.

The score is a checklist of the saved content, not a prediction of rankings. Noindex is shown separately. Focus keywords are optional, so an empty keyword field does not hide the score.

Article checks recommend at least 600 body words. Keyword repetition is assessed only when there is enough text. If content cannot be read or native metadata is disabled, some checks or the numeric score may be unavailable. Use the finding to decide what to change.

Keep saved results current

A saved score describes the content and analysis rules used at the time. After a change, use Save analysis or a selected bulk run to update it.

Content health shows up to 50 recent saved results. Analysis needs refreshing marks a result that no longer matches the entry. Saved analysis identifies a stored result without claiming it was freshly checked.

Trends compares repeated results for the same entry, profile and analysis version. Use it to follow checklist changes over time, not to infer changes in search rankings.

Choose a scan scope

  • Choose the content type, status, locale, filters and count before starting. Keep the panel open; use Pause and Resume to control the run.
  • Enable Image alt checks with Save modules if needed, then check the saved content again. The check does not write alt text; a decorative image may intentionally have empty alt.
  • Use Pause automatic & bulk in Feature controls to stop those checks while keeping results and history. Browser checks, previews and manual Save analysis remain available.
  • Analysis uses the site's CPU and database. Start with a small scope on your hosting plan; the application's limits are not a spending cap. IndexNow delivery is a separate choice.
